We desperately need your financial support!
The most effective way that you can help is through financial assistance. We do not receive any government grants, loans or funding support; we rely solely on the support of people such as you.
It requires regular funding to maintain our work at Hoi An Orphanage. Our current monthly expenditure is approximately US$ 1,500.

Sponsor a Staff Member
Sponsoring a staff member is a key area in which your hard-earned funds can have the most positive,
and long-lasting impact on the lives of the children in our care.
The Orphanage staff are making a real difference to children's lives. In addition to health and education, our staff provide love, care and a safe living environment; things that many of the Orphanage children wouldn’t otherwise have access to.
Share Your Celebrations
If you’re having a birthday, an anniversary, or wedding celebration why not consider asking your
guests to donate to our work in lieu of buying gifts or presents?

Volunteering
The Vietnamese Government officials at Hoi An Orphanage allow us to have 2 full-time volunteers at
any one time. We are currently looking for volunteers qualified in the following areas:

Volunteer Requirements
The work is physically and mentally demanding. Volunteers must therefore be able to lift the children,
and possess maturity and flexibility, in order to cope with sometimes challenging situations. The work
environment in a government-run institution in a developing country is considerably different to what
you will be used to working in the West.
We are a very small team working in Hoi An; our workload is therefore considerable, and our time limited. As a volunteer, you may therefore find yourself, on a number of occasions, to be the only westerner working at the orphanage. Whilst our Vietnamese staff are friendly, they have limited English. You must therefore be able to work independently and with initiative.
